Cannot upload ANY images.

    When trying to upload images or any kind of video files I continue to get this message “The uploaded file could not be moved to /usr/www/lynxsystemsinc.com/html/blog/wp-content/upload:. Please help this is a HUGE inconvenience.

    Normally the folder name would be uploads, not upload

    Check your settings under dashboard Setting / Media to see the name of the folder WP is being told to upload into. Whether it is upload or uploads, make sure that folder exists on your server as wp-content/uploads/ or wp-content/upload (which was specified in the Media settings). If you just created it, try uploading again and see if that resolved it.

    If not it is somewhat possible its a file permissions setting on the server you are hosted on. Contact the webhost, explain what is going on, and ask if their server file permissions could be the source of the problem. If so, ask what you can do to correct the issue.
