Cannot upgrade to WordPress 3.7.1

    Have you tried updating your wordpress manually?

    thanks for your input, appreciate it 😀
    i did the update manually the last time to 3.6.1 and it works fine

    just that my website has significantly more content now and i get a bit iffy moving and deleting these files and replacing them. although have always been a point to back up

    was really jus looking for a stress-free solution to updating wordpress as it seems like automatic updates will never work for this site 🙁

    would this be something to do with php/ sql
    my hosting provider also cannot provide a solution
