    I contacted you a week ago but have not received a reply .

    I am not able to upgrade my Next Gen Gallery. I have entered my card details on the payment link from the Nextgen link on my site so am concerned.

    There seems to be faults in their payment system. Very unimpressed in that it is so difficult to contact and do not respond.
    If anyone can help it would be appreciated .
