Cannot unzip File

    The donwloaded ZIP-File cannot be unzipped by the standard Mac-Programm or The Unarchiver. Both say the file is incomplete.
    What can I do?

    hmm could you try to download the backup file directly in your wp-content/backwpup-*-backups folder(you can use cPanel or a FTP access)?

    Is the file open correctly? If so I think there is a network issue when you download the file from the WordPress backend.
