    I enter all the required fields on the page provided in the “Link” field. However, I get a “Ticket has not been created” message with no explanation. What is going on? I’m using the free version, which allows unlimited tickets, so I need help here. This is very urgent!

    Thank you. Turns out the contents of the message were not valid. I copy/pasted from a forwarded email. Instead, I just attached the email to the ticket, and it was submitted.
