I don’t have a magic crystal ball, but if you want to share a link where the form can be examined, I would be glad to take a look. If I had to guess, I would say it could be a JavaScript error.

Interesting idea, but no sorry it’s not a current feature of the plugin. I can tell you that there are jQuery/JavaScript snippets that can count words and such, but you would need to set up the custom form and implement manually.
