I am facing this exactly issue: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/15369

I try to set conditions but it does no work. I am paying for this plugin and I cannot set a custom code for more than a year now.

Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge.

WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here
