After the last update, I have added a new feature which is an information screen for Woocommerce shops that have not received any orders yet and this page is refreshing itself for every 5 seconds to detect the first order of your shop.
Despite your Woocommerce shop has one more orders and you still see this blank page, please inform me back so I can fix this bug for you.

The problem is that are not visible the settings of the popup and the sound. There is nothing on the backend

Can you please confirm that you have not received any orders and the plugin page shows “You have not received any orders yet. This page will be refreshed for every 5 seconds to check if your first order is received.” message on a blank page?
If yes, please create some test orders and check the New Order Notification plugin page to see how it works.
