Cannot search by new order number | WordPress.org

I have installed this plugin and all seems to be working well, however when I change an order number, I am unable to search using the new order number (only the old, non-visible order number)

Hello. The plugin does not currently support searching by custom order numbers, but this is something we’ll certainly consider adding in a future release.
