Cannot Scroll Add Event Window

Some of our users have had this problem. It’s been that their screen resolution is too low for the entire form to fit, and the form can’t be moved. If they couldn’t or wouldn’t change the resolution, our work-around has been to have them go into full-screen mode (F11). Hope this is what your client’s problem is!
