Cannot save events or reverting to Draft

I am on PHP 8.5 and still having an issue where I cannot save events because it says the time ranges cannot overlap (even though it is a one-day event), and now in other cases, especially when trying to add a new location in the event, it says “This event has validation errors and cannot be published until they are fixed: Please check the consent box so we can collect and store your submitted information.”

What consent box? There isn’t one I can see. I’m in Gutenberg mode and don’t see anything like that.

Meanwhile, the timerages issue is because the plugin is bypassing WordPress’s object cache, so the time conflicts with the cached time and prevents saving.

The reverting to Draft issue is the same as in the other ticket mentioning it, but the solution there does not work.
