Cannot save any setting in the control panel

Dear Sirs,

When I installed the plugin, I want to change some settings inside then I go to the control panel in the admin page. However, I tried every save button include the save all buttons but it doesn’t work, any idea?

I have used both Safari, Firefox and Chrome to do this but no luck.

Also in the left bottom corner had a small word which is “javascript” I am not sure it helps you to analyse the issue or not.
