Cannot restore / reoptimise images

    Hi,

    I optimized some images with lossy optimization, but the results were very pixelated and unsatisfactory. I have been trying to 1) restore from backups, or 2) reoptimise with lossless through the media library tab but after letting optimisation complete and refreshing page it is back to lossy optimisation.

    Unfortunately, the first few images seemed to be ok so I paid for a credit pack – every attempt seems to have used up optimisation credits even though it is staying as a lossy optimisation.

    Can you please advise

    1) how to restore my backups – preferably in bulk;
    2) how to test lossless optimisation;
    3) whether I can have a refund for all the credits used in trying to re-optimise as lossless.
