Cannot Reset Password

Hello

My password for logging on has been deleted accidentally from Roboform and I cannot find the one I made a note of.

I have tried getting a new password by email but it doesn’t work. I have then gone into my phpMyadmin and successfully changed the password, but I still cannot log in

Any suggestions in plain English would be appreciated as I am a novice.
