When I try to reset my password (on all my sites), the email comes through looking like this:

Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account: http://mysite.net/ Username: MyName If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:

    WITHOUT a link following.

Anyone know why this is, and what can be done?

This is happening with admin and subscriber alike.

Try changing your password directly in the database instead: https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password#Through_phpMyAdmin

Thanks, James. Yes, I am aware that there are a number of ways to reset the password, but I have many subscribers, and really need to get the system fixed so if they want to reset their passwords, they don’t have to pass them on to me each time.

Ok, I just wanted to get you into your Dashboard first. 🙂

There might be a number of reasons for the missing reset line, usually a plugin or theme function conflict.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
