    Good day,

    I have two WordFence accounts, the reason is because I could not gain access to the first one as my password automatically stopped working one day. Once again, second account same thing after some time. I also cannot reset using those two emails as I never get the email sent to me to reset the account. Any ideas why WordFence does not send a password reset? Its obviously my emails which are secure and one is a gmail which I login via browser with two factor auth turned on so no way my emails got hacked. I just dont get no pass reset at all.

    Hi @360webfirm, thanks for getting in touch.

    As you mention Wordfence accounts, am I right in saying the reset isn’t coming from wordfence.com rather than a site you’re running the plugin on? If so, please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide the email address/username that is associated with the account. We can assist you ASAP once we have that information.

    If it’s related to the plugin, are you trying to get the reset from the URL .../wp-login.php?action=lostpassword? Sometimes membership plugins or others that change the login/registration flow can cause incompatibility with our Login Security features.
