hi – my husband is trying to reset the password to his site but the reset email never reaches the inbox. How can he solve this problem? He cannot access the admin page for the site.

unfortunately he cannot access the first option as he cannot login, using the second option, after entering the email address the message is to check email for confirmation link but no email ever arrives… The rest of the options are too technical.

is there another way? Someone who could help reset it?

If you need someone to put hands on your site, (1) ask your host or (2) hire someone from jobs.wordpress.net. No on here has any access to your site.
