Cannot Remove Coming Soon from URL

    Hi,

    I installed WP using theme ‘Twenty-Thirteen’. I completed the customization of the theme and built out the website. It is all static pages, no posts. When I clicked on the link to active the website the ‘url-coming soon’ heading shows on google search. I have inactivated all plug ins and cleaned the browser cache but it remains. I have installed WP Super Cache cached the website and it remains. I see several posts of this nature there must be something I am missing. Thx in advance for your help.

    It may take Google several days, if not couple of weeks, to come back to your site and see that it’s now done.

    Go to Google Wembmaster Tools, verify your site, and submit a sitemap. Than, click “fetch as google” and “index all pages” to ask Google to crawl and index your site now.

    It still may take a few days after that before you see results change when you search.

    Hi and Thank you Sterndata:

    Following your instructions, well somewhat, I loaded Google XML Sitemap, Signed up for Google Search Console, uploaded the sitemap to Google Search Console, inactivated Mojo Marketplace and a day latter the ‘-Coming Soon’ tag on the URL was gone. Thanks again.
