Cannot register Sydney

    I purchased Sydney, I download what looks like Sydney ii. I got an email with two keys, one for Sydney PRO and one for Sydney Pro 2. Sydney appears to be working but in wordpress, on the theme license page, I get:

    An error occurred, please try again.

    How do I know which version I actually have and which key is appropriate?

    Your reply doesn’t make sense. This is a support forum. It is exactly where I should post, right? And the link you sent is just to another identical request where you reply that they won’t get help.
