Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘parentNode’)

    Getting a ‘Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘parentNode’)’ error with this info:

    at r.o (apbct-public-bundle.min.js?ver=6.11:1:34195)
    at r.value (apbct-public-bundle.min.js?ver=6.11:1:15983)
    at r. (apbct-public-bundle.min.js?ver=6.11:1:14223)

    This has started since the latest update to version 6.11 and shows up on the Chrome console when I try to use my site’s search form – I disable the plugin and it works fine.

    We were able to reproduce the problem on our test website. We will fix it as soon as possible and reply to you.
    In the meantime, you can roll back the update and install the previous plugin’s version 6.10.

    We have fixed the problem. All the changes will be included in the next stable release.

    Please, reinstall the plugin. ( Download link: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/dev-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip )

    Here is a guide for you:

    1. Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
    2. Find the plugin “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
    3. After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
    4. Download the plugin archive from the link above.
    5. Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
    6. Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.
