Cannot post, edit, or change the settings

Hi!

I’m newbie in WP… I changed the wp-config.php, uploaded, and installed succesfully. But cannot delete or modify the default post, cannot change the settings, and post anything as admin. Something is very wrong, but i don’t know what… Thanks any help, and sorry, my english is very ugly 😐

Used wp version: 1.5.2

Wierd …. I just tried to insert — into a commented area of your css and although I clicked Update and the screen refreshed, the change did not happen.

Who is your host ?
Windows / Linux ?

Have you emailed your host about this problem ?
I doubt it is a WP problem.

Yes, but, nothing say to this…
Reinstalled, the WP, but the problem is still remain…
Drup*l is working correctly

I think the problem that the file overwrite has been disabled for security reasons. 🙁

The only way to modify a file on this server, that delete first, and create again.

But a question; why require the WP to overwrite any file, for edit, delete, or write a post?

I find the problem, but it cost many times to find it. Now fixed, and working fine!

I’m facing the same issue. I just downloaded and installed WP, and although I can see the default ‘uncategorized’ post, I cannot edit it. When I try to create a new post and click on Publish, the post form reloads with all the fields blanked out.

Goro- how did you manage to fix this problem?
