    Hi,

This is most likely a conflict with another plugin. The browser’s javascript console may show some error messages which can help determine which plugin is causing the conflict. If you’re not familiar with the console, we have instructions here:
Open the JavaScript console for troubleshooting plugins

We can try to help read the errors if you’re not sure what they are from — but if you do see any, it can be helpful to temporarily turn off other plugins, and see if it works with the other plugins disabled. If you enable the plugins one-by-one after it’s working, and try blocking an IP in between each one, you can identify which plugin is causing the issue.

I will try turning off other plugins to see which is a conflict.

Nope, tried to MANUALLY BLOCK an IP address between each time I turned off a plugin. It says “WORDFENCE WORKING” but then nothing happens and there are no IPs that are locked out from login.
