We made a recent change to require 2-factor authentication to access WooCommerce.com accounts. Can you please see if you are able to follow the steps here to enable 2 factor on your WordPress.com account:
https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#set-up-two-step-authentication
Once done, that should enable you to access your WooCommerce.com account once more.
