• Hello.
Got billed massive amount by my hosting service for GPU usage due to problem script on my site. Went to login to my site, cannot. Tried all my logins and p/w. No luck. Created a new name to post this. Not sure where to go from here to even get in and fix the GPU.

    Cheers,
    Ben

  • Hello Ben,

Have you tried using the “lost your password” feature?

If not yet, you can do so by going to your site’s login page and clicking the “Lost your password?” link.

Instruction on how to set a new password will be sent to the email account you used in creating your site’s login.

Strangely, the login name here WAS in fact my login name. So now if I go to lost password and it asks for reset I can imagine I will just be resetting the current login details?

Just to clarify a little bit, you are trying to log in to your site’s dashboard, correct?

If you use the “lost password”, you can reset not just the current one but any account that you are trying to recover as long as you remember the email address that you used.

Thanks did you mean send the dashboard link? Mine looks the same. To use ‘lost password’ you still need a login name. That doesn’t even seem to register now

Upon checking your site, I’ve gathered two possible usernames. “AdMin” and “BlueCom”. Maybe you can try to use each one of them on “lost your password” page and hopefully, you still got access to the associated with that account for you to retrieve the reset password instruction.
