Hi martaki I opened your link and it showed a blank white page on my side too. That alone does not tell us what caused it so I would not blame the update yet
Does the login page also go blank or do you get an error there?
Since you cannot access the dashboard ask your hosting support to check the PHP error log while opening the site. Also ask them to confirm whether the automatic update completed properly
Ask them to save a backup of the current files and database before making changes. If they find an error you can share the relevant message here with private details removed. That will help find the actual problem insted of guessing

It looks like your site is down because of a fatal error, most probably from a plugin. Have you enabled WordPress Debug log? If not, enable it and check the Debug log file and make sure it is showing any fatal error or not. Refer to the following documentation for more details.
