Cannot install theme in localhost due style.css

Hi
I’m trying to install this theme in localhost, but I’m getting an error telling me the zip file does not have style.css
I’ve re-downloaded file, am able to install plugins and themes without problems, etc. and verified that the style.css is in fact inside css folder..
