Cannot install plugins

    When trying to install a plugin, I get this error:

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file: td-social-counter.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Could not create directory. /home5/habschro/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-social-counter/

    Plugin install failed.

    When I try to install it via the theme I get this error:

    Downloading install package from http://habschronicle.com/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/plugins/js_composer.zip…
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Plugin install failed.
    Plugin activation failed.
    An error occurred while installing Visual Composer: Plugin file does not exist..
    All installations and activations have been completed.
