Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
My assumption here is that something is interfering with the JavaScript code that TablePress needs.
Can you please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFourteen? That way, we can check if another plugin is breaking things here.
Regards,
Tobias
Sorry for the delayed response.
I temp. disabled all the active plugins and it worked. I re-enabled those plugins and it stop working.
Hi,
thanks for checking this! This indicates that another plugin is indeed injecting JavaScript code on the TablePress admin screens, which is bad.
You could either try finding that plugin by investigating the HTML source of the page (using “View source”) in the browser, or by deactivating the plugins again one by one. Each time, check if everything works in TablePress. With that, you can find the plugin that causes this.

Tobias
I randomly turned off one of my plugins and it worked.
The plugin was “Maintenance Mode.” any idea on what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks
Hi,
which exact Maintenance Mode plugin is this? Can you maybe post a link to its page in the WordPress plugin repository? As there are different ones with similar names, I need to be sure to check the right one.
Regards,
Tobias
