Cannot initiate INSTALL! please help.

    Hello,

    I got this message yesterday, so i decided to erase all the files and reupload. As soon as it comes to the install:

    This message comes up:

    What am I doing wrong?

    Try re-uploading all files & folders from a fresh download of WordPress. You might also want to invest in some paid hosting. Free hosts invariably cause all kinds of problems.
