    I am having this error “We are unable to complete your request. Try reducing the import batch count to 5 or less and increasing the Maximum execution time in the General settings.”. First, I imported a total of 200+ products then it stops at 170 then after a long time waiting I hit the cancel button and that error shows up. I tried the recommendation but still having that error. I also tried setting import batch count but still having the same error.

    Could you please try setting the import batch count to 1 and increase the execution timeout value to the maximum value and check if the issue persists? If yes, then please share the fatal error log and CSV file so that we can check the issue. You may please remove the sensitive content from the file and share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any similar service and share the link.
