Cannot import products

I am having this error “We are unable to complete your request. Try reducing the import batch count to 5 or less and increasing the Maximum execution time in the General settings.”. First, I imported a total of 200+ products then it stops at 170 then after a long time waiting I hit the cancel button and that error shows up. I tried the recommendation but still having that error. I also tried setting import batch count but still having the same error.
