cannot get to ad-min page

    when I try to access my blog through the ad-min page I get a page with my blog on it but with a message saying:
    This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?
    It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help.
    I am unable to access the back-end of the blog through the ad-min and log-in.

    I did manage to get back in by selecting a link in my servers history from 2 days ago, but need to resolve this issue as I may not be on this computer when needing to access the blog.
    I did read another post and tried out the second suggestion in this one

    but without any luck. any suggestions?
