Cannot get this to work

I am not sure what i am doing wrong, but I submit my website to the card validator and it states “no card”. I have no idea what i am doing. I am not sure where to find my robots.txt file. I am not sure what code I am suppose to be submitting in my “head” section. I would appreciate anyone who could help me with this issue.
