    I am trying to get support for my Bookings app and Bookings Availability App, but I cannot get my system report. I go to Status, click the “Get system report” button, and nothing happens. My clipboard is empty. Please assist.

    Hi there,

    Clicking the “Get system report” button should slide down a text box with your system status report in view, and an additional button to “Copy for support”. If this is not working on your site, then it might mean something is interfering with some basic functionality on your site.

    A workaround, which is not as convenient, is to simply click next to the title “WordPress Environment” and drag it all the way down to the bottom of the page. You can then copy that and use it as your system status report. Start from here:

    However, If you’re referring to WooCommerce Bookings and WooCommerce Bookings Availability, then you can get premium support for them.

    To do so, please log into your WooCommerce.com account, click the Support tab, and select either from the “I need help with” dropdown menu.
