We completely understand the confusion here. The List block shown in that documentation page is part of an upcoming major release of Spectra and is not yet available in the current version of the plugin. We apologize that the doc page was not clearer about this.
We will make sure the documentation is updated to reflect which blocks belong to the upcoming release, so this does not confuse other users.
Once the new version is released, the dedicated Spectra List block will be available to you automatically. We will keep you posted!

Just following up on this one. We wanted to share a quick update as well.
The dedicated Spectra List block will be part of our upcoming major release, Spectra v3, which is coming very soon. Once it is available, you will be able to control font sizes for tablet and mobile directly from the block settings, just like you would expect.
We will go ahead and mark this as Resolved for now. If you have any further questions once the new version is out, or need help with anything else, feel free to start a new thread and we will be happy to help.
