Cannot Embed Contact Form

I am trying to embed a new contact form that I created.

I am following the instructions at: http://www.formget.com/how-to-regiser-and-embed-the-form-a-complete-tutorial/

The pictures in this doc do not match the real world.

I cannot find the place to paste the code.
I am going to Pages
I find the form where I want to embed the form and click on Edit.
After clicking on Edit, there is no “text” button or place to paste the code.

I would appreciate any help you can provide
