Cannot Edit Settings

    Hello,

    I have been trying to edit the Payment Gateway and Email tabs for the plugin and every time I hit save, I am redirected to the 404 error page for my website. I’m using a theme called Imperio. I’ve checked with the theme developer and according to them, their theme should be compatible with most plugins. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure what you mean by “edit the Payment Gateway and Email tabs”. You mean just saving settings in the back-end?

    Are you familiar with working with Chrome Developer Tools? Are you able to look at those pages and see if there are any JS errors on those pages?

    Another thing to try is to just disable ALL other plugins and see if the settings save then. If they DO, then you know it’s a plugin conflict. Re-activate each plugin one by one until you encounter the problem again and then let us know what plugin caused it and we’ll get you a workaround.
