Hi all. After the update with the Payments section changing, in admin that is, i cannot edit some Bank plugins. They are now showing at all. Is there any fix for that or even a way to revert the new layout???

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

I understand your concern about the payment plugins not showing up after the recent update to the admin payment section. It can be frustrating when you can’t access important settings you need to manage.

Can you please share a screenshot of what you see?

If you need to roll back to the previous version temporarily, you can use the WP Rollback plugin (available at wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/). This can help restore the previous layout while any compatibility issues are being resolved.

Before proceeding with a rollback, I’d recommend:

    – Clearing your browser cache and refreshing the admin page

    – Deactivating and reactivating the payment plugins

    – Checking if there are any updates available for your payment plugins

Would you be able to share which specific bank plugins are no longer showing up? This would help me provide more targeted assistance and ensure we find the best solution for your situation.

Hi there. The plugin i am having an issue with is “Viva Wallet Smart Checkout“. There is a new version of it, provided by Woocommerce, but if i download the new version the old one’s settings are transfered. So i need to delete any settings and then install the new one.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for the updates!

I understand that when you update to the new version, the old settings are retained, and you want to start fresh by removing previous settings before installing the new plugin version.

Please note that simply deleting the plugin via the Plugins page may not remove all of its stored data, as many plugins store settings in the database.

I recommend contacting the plugin’s support team to ask if they offer an option to reset the previous settings and start clean.

Alternatively, this can often be a more technical process — you may want to seek assistance from a developer to ensure that the settings are safely removed without affecting other data on your site.

If you need professional help, I can recommend WooExperts and Codeable.io as options for getting professional help. Alternatively, you can also ask your development questions in the  WooCommerce Community Slack as custom code falls outside our usual scope of support.

Also, regarding your previous question where you mentioned you were unable to edit the bank plugins — could you please confirm if you’re now able to access and edit those plugins, or if you still need assistance?

If the issue is still ongoing, please provide all the details requested by my colleague Feten in the previous response. Additionally, have you had a chance to try the steps she suggested?

Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to assist you further.

    Hi there,

As there’s been no follow-up, I’ll consider this resolved for the time being. We’re happy to jump back in if anything comes up!

If WooCommerce has been useful for your store and you appreciate the support you have received, we’d truly appreciate it if you could leave us a quick 5-star review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post
