Cannot Edit in Pagebuilder

    I am trying to update a page on my website and (using Pagebuilder) I make the additions I want and the click update and it reverts back to the old version of the page. The modifications I just made are gone. I have tried repeatedly to make the modifications and the changes never stay after clicking update. Am I missing something here? Can someone please advise me on what I can do?

    Hi @cwmunro

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Please could you try a few troubleshooting steps:

    1. Run all pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test. If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, testing the problem after each activation.
    3. Still no luck? Try step 2 but this time with a default theme like Twenty Fifteen activated.
