Cannot edit Header Image or Color

    When I try to change the background color of my header, I can change it in the editor, but when I send a test email, the color is unchanged. Additionally, when I change the image in the header, the recieved email just contains a broken link icon.

    I have tested using the send test email, and I have also tested by sending a password reset link. Same results. Additionally I have testing with WPForms sending an email. Same results.

    I have rolled back to version 15.2 and I see the same problem.

    My site is at WP 7.04, all my plugins are updated.

    I am using WP Mail SMTP as my email handler.

    We have checked the reported issue on our end, but we were unable to reproduce it. The header background color and image are working as expected in our testing.

    Could you please open a support request through our official support portal so we can connect you directly with our developer for further investigation?
