Cannot edit "Confirmation page"

Hey, love this plugin but I cant seem to edit the confirmation page. Everytime I click it, it just loads the ‘basic tab’ in the mailpoet setting page. I have also looked through my pages and private pages and can’t see anywhere to edit the confirmation page.
