Cannot edit / add posts or pages since 4.2.2 install

    Updated to 4.2.2…
    During update it showed the following..

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied foreach() in /home/p264../public_htm/wp-admin/includes/update-core.php on line 1252

    Now when I go to dashboard I cannot update / edit posts or pages.

    Have tried re-intalling 3 times, and updating files via http://FTP.. still no change..

    Any suggestions?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
