Cannot download attachment

    Hello,
    The user submitted a ticket with a file attached. Even though I see the file and when I hover over it it says “download”, when I click it, it brings me back to the home page of the plugin. In fact, when I hover over the attached file, this is the link it points to : http://MYPAGE/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-support-plus

    The name of the file is montage_probeInfo.mat, and it is Matlab file.

    How can I access the file? Where is it stored?

    Hi @lamija,

    Please change attachment setting and test if it is working or not.
    For this setting please goto Support Plus>Advanced Settings>Attachment settings.
