I have disable the lightbox popup in the setting, but the product image still popup when click on it. Any way to solve this?

Consider updating your parent theme. You have version 1.0.6.3 and the latest is 1.1.4. See the changelog:
http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/boutique/changelog_boutique-wp.txt

I can’t say that this will fix the problem, but its a good place to start.

Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?
