Cannot disable guest comments

Hi,
Thanks a lot for good plugin and media uploader addon.

I have some struggle to make it work for my site.
I cannot disable for guests to comment.

I already checked the box for “Users must be registered and logged in to comment ” in Setting -> Discussion. My site still shows the default form on every posts.

Where should I do to fix this?
