Cannot delete whitelabel list

    Hi there,

    it is not possible to delete anything from the whitelabel list. It just happens nothing at all.

    Hello, @maxidavis.

    Can you please let me know which list you’re referencing?

    Are you removing from the Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules list, or the Whitelisted URLs list?

    It is possible there are console errors which may provide some information. Open the browser console and then refresh the page to see if you see anything there.

    Also, try a plugin and theme conflict test by deactivating your plugins, if possible, and checking again. The same with your theme, if you’re able.

    Thanks for helping out.
    The “helios WooCoomerce” Plugin caused the error. I deactivated it and was able to delete the whitelisted URLs.
