Cannot delete URL Access entry

    I have installed AAM and also the AAM Protected media files plugin. I have tested protecting direct access to a file for Anonymous users via the URL access entry. This works, but I am unable to delete the entry. The trash can icon is greyed out and there appears to be no way to delete the entry.
