Cannot Customise Meta Title & Description

Hi there,

I am using Yoast SEO on my website (www.boolerang.co.uk), but the plugin is not updating the meta title/description for pages other than the homepage (www.boolerang.co.uk/jobs, http://www.boolerang.co.uk/post-a-job, etc).

On the “Jobs” page for example, I cannot change the title ‘Jobs Archive | Boolerang”.

I am using Jobify with WP Job Manager, so use shortcodes for the pages.
