Cannot create sub menu

    For some reason i cannot create sub menus. When i drag buttons slightly to the right they stick, but when i save, they shift back to the left and appear as menu items.

    I want:
    photogrpahy
    -people
    -places and things

    I’m getting
    Photography People Places&Things

    new to wordpress, so its likely something simple….?
