cannot create backup over 2gb

    i am trying to create a back up that it is over 2gb but i get this message. from what i have read maybe i am running on a 32bit php. Is there a way to create my back up?

    Have you tried contacting your hosting provider to confirm if PHP is indeed 32bit.
    The other reason could be that there is 2GB limit on the filesystem that prevents writing files above this size. It is also possible that you do not have enough this space.

    I am on google cloud so i am not sure i can contact someone. I have 20gb of disk space and my max upload filesize is 4gb. I am not sure why it cannot back up. Is there any other way?
