Cannot create a ticket

    I have tried as much as possible but coming up with nothing….

    WP Support Plus installs fine and appears on the front page, but I cannot seem to be able to raise a ticket.

    Whenever I click on the SUPPORT TICKET it loads directly back to the homepage.

    Am I missing something?
    I previously tried for some advice on the support line but never received a response.

    Also to add, I deactivated ALL plugins to see if anything was conflicting, but the issue still remained.

    Hi there,

    Please follow below basic instructions:

    1. Go to Pages and create new page e.g. Support and insert shortcode [wp_support_plus] in description
    2. Now go to Support Plus > Settings > General and select page for support you just created.

    Your support button will redirect to support page. Please let us know if this worked or not for you.
